Lovingly, she has passed on the family secret to her sons, Vincenzo and Francesco. Today, our family operates a state of the art facility in Canton, Michigan. Our three production lines have the capacity to produce over 40,000 pounds of pasta per week. We are still using centuries old kneading and rolling techniques to ensure the superior taste and firm texture of true authentic home-style pasta. Mama Mucci's follows our strict HACCP program to ensure that we meet the stringent guidelines of the USDA and FDA, and we are regularly inspected by third party auditors.
